Room to Grow

Gardening is a rewarding activity.  Not only does it give you a nice view out the window every morning, and a sense of achievement in taming a little of life's wildness, but it gives you a reason to move around in the fresh air, which almost always makes you feel at least a little better. Plus, if you plant vegetable seeds and fruit trees, you get to eat the fruit of your labor – literally! Gardening is definitely a winning hobby to take up, and what starts out as a few shrubs to brighten up the yard might well end up taking over your weekends, in the best way.

Whether you have a small pocket of concrete, fenced in with neighbors all around, or an acreage, gardening is an activity that's open to all. Even if you just have a windowsill, you can have plants.

Like all hobbies, there are tools associated with gardening.  Here, we'll focus on a couple of the standard tools that would be needed in the average earth-and-grass-space garden that is set to undergo a transformation: wheelbarrows and hedge shears.
